Appro Standard Limited Warranty
Appro offers 2-year standard limited warranty. The warranty covers: replacement of factory parts and labor, help desk support for repair or replacement parts from 8 AM to 5 PM PST (Monday through Friday except holidays). Warranty is valid from the date of shipment. Appro Standard Limited Warranty can also be extended from two (2) years to three (3) years at an optional cost.

Rapid Exchange Service
Replace failed hardware components quickly and conveniently with Appro Rapid Exchange Service. This easy-to-use service option gives you a convenient and cost-efficient alternative to onsite repair for Appro products. Rapid Exchange Service is particularly suitable for products that do not carry critical data, or in instances when your data can readily be restored from back-up devices.
